Worst salon experience I have ever had. Poorly trained (but nice) staff and even less impressed with the management/owner. A basic cut (a bob) that I had pictures of could not be accomplished by 2 stylists in 2.5 hours. I have a missing chunk of hair and a completely embarassing haircut. Called the management to try to resolve and she wanted to rebook me for another "complimentary" session with 1 of the 2 stylist who messed up my hair. She refused me a refund when I said I was not comfortable going back if she didn't have anyone with more experience, and then implied that I had somehow wasted her time! It was my time and money that was wasted, and I recommend that you don't waste yours.
